Do you clean yourselves?
No. NYC Cleaning Help is a referral service. We pass your request to an independent local cleaner who does the work. How this works
Does it cost anything?
No. There's no charge to you for the connection. The cleaner quotes the job, and you decide whether to go ahead.
How soon will someone get back to me?
We pass requests along as quickly as we can, usually within one business day. The cleaner then reaches out to set up a time.
Can I book a regular cleaning?
Yes. Ask for a one-time cleaning or a regular schedule in your request, and the cleaner will tell you what they can do.
Do you clean offices too?
Yes. Choose "Office cleaning" in the request and tell us the size of the space and how often you need it.
What does organizing include?
Sorting and clearing out closets, kitchens, bedrooms and storage, and setting things up so they stay organized. It's booked separately from cleaning.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. The cleaner brings their own cleaning products. If you'd rather they use yours, say so in your request and they will.
What should I include in my request?
Your neighborhood or ZIP code, the kind of space, roughly how big it is, what you need done and when. If it's a move-out, include your move-out date.
