How NYC Cleaning Help Works
Who we are
NYC Cleaning Help is a referral service operated by A&C, LLC (doing business as ACMeridian). We don't clean. We connect people in New York City with an independent local cleaner who does.
What happens when you send a request
- Your request comes to us.
- We pass it to a local cleaner who works in your borough.
- The cleaner contacts you directly, asks about the space and gives you their own quote. You decide whether to go ahead.
Pricing, scheduling, the cleaning itself and anything that goes wrong on the job are between you and the cleaner.
What it costs you
Nothing. We don't charge for the connection.
Who we work with
- A cleaner who works across New York City, for homes and offices.
- A cleaner who also does professional organizing.
Your information
We share your request and contact details only with the one cleaner we pass it to, so they can help you. We don't sell your information. Read our Privacy Policy
