Apartment Cleaning in NYC
Every week, every two weeks, once a month or just once. Send us one quick request and we'll pass it to a local cleaner who cleans apartments across New York City. They'll contact you, ask about your apartment and give you a quote.
One time or on a schedule
Choose how often in the request:
- One time
- Every week
- Every two weeks
- Every month
- Not sure yet, and talk it over with the cleaner
The cleaner will tell you what they can do.
Studios to three bedrooms and up
The request asks for the size of your place: a studio or 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, or 3 or more bedrooms. Houses too. The size is the first thing the cleaner needs to give you a quote.
Tell the cleaner about your apartment
A few details help the cleaner plan and quote:
- Walk-up or elevator, and which floor.
- How they'll get in, if you won't be home.
- Pets, so nobody is surprised.
- What matters most, like the kitchen, the bathroom or the floors.
- Your own products, if you'd like the cleaner to use them.
Regular cleaning or deep cleaning?
If it's been a while since the last real clean, start with a deep cleaning, then keep it up with regular visits. Moving? See move-out and move-in cleaning.
Apartment cleaning in all five boroughs
We pass requests to a cleaner who works in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island. Tell us your neighborhood or ZIP code in the request.

Common questions
Do you clean apartments yourselves?
No. NYC Cleaning Help is a referral service. We pass your request to an independent local cleaner who does the work. How this works
Can I book a regular cleaning?
Yes. Ask for a one-time cleaning or a regular schedule in your request, and the cleaner will tell you what they can do.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. The cleaner brings their own cleaning products. If you'd rather they use yours, say so in your request and they will.
Do I need to be home?
That's up to you. If you won't be home, say how the cleaner would get in, and work out the details when they contact you.
Does it cost anything to send a request?
No. There's no charge to you for the connection. The cleaner quotes the job, and you decide whether to go ahead.
